A £50 deposit must be paid when the booking form is returned to confirm the booking. This can be
made via BACS, the details will be sent over once the Booking form is received. The remainder is payable to us on the day of the event (in cash).
Travel: Lodestone travel within a radius of twenty miles from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire under their fee – further distances are available and will be charged reasonably.
Car Parking: As a band we travel in 4 cars. We must be able to unload in close proximity to the playing area, there must then be secure parking for the cars to be left for the duration of the evening until pack down.
Outdoor Events: In the event of wet weather, shelter & solid ground must be provided if the band is still required to play.
NOTE: The receipt of our booking form is an acceptance, by the band, to play at the agreed event on the agreed date at the agreed time. The submission of our booking form by the Client is an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The band would only cancel at short notice only if presented with unforeseen, insurmountable difficulties and the deposit will be returned.
CLIENT CANCELLATION:
More than 4 weeks notice: – Deposit refunded in full.
Less than 1 week notice: – No refund.
COVID-19 ADDITIONAL TERMS:
We will be testing the members of the band on regular occassions, including the day before our events. Unfortunately if a member of the band gets a notification to self isolate or appears with symptoms of COVID-19 and shows a positive lateral flow test, we will have to cancel our appearance unless suitable cover can be found. If cover cannot be found, we will have to unfortunately cancel. Our priorities lie with keeping your guests safe and could not risk further transmission.
